BMW Group Latinoam\u00e9rica llev\u00f3 a cabo su \u201cConferencia anual con sus Concesionarios e Importadores\u201d 2023 en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, donde se presentaron los resultados del negocio y se definieron los objetivos para el presente a\u00f1o en la regi\u00f3n. Asimismo el evento fue presidido por el CEO de BMW Group Latinoam\u00e9rica, Reiner Braun, quien destac\u00f3 la colaboraci\u00f3n cercana y confiable entre BMW Group y sus socios de negocio como clave para alcanzar resultados positivos.<\/p>\n

La conferencia fue el escenario para la entrega de reconocimientos al desempe\u00f1o, calidad y mejores pr\u00e1cticas de la red de concesionarios y mercados importadores de Latinoam\u00e9rica que comercializan las marcas BMW y<\/a> MINI. El evento cont\u00f3 con la presencia de ejecutivos y directivos de primera l\u00ednea de la compa\u00f1\u00eda y de la red de concesionarios y mercados importadores de la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Por lo tanto la premiaci\u00f3n tuvo en cuenta varios aspectos. El desempe\u00f1o en ventas, la satisfacci\u00f3n del cliente, el liderazgo en el segmento Premium, los procesos de atenci\u00f3n al cliente, y la evaluaci\u00f3n del desempe\u00f1o, entre otros.
